About Yohan Sookdeo

Never in a million years did I think that I would find my way to the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you are meant to do in life. I was taught at a young age that, if you want something in life, you have to work for it. That belief propelled me to pursue and earn Bachelors and Masters degrees in night school while working fulltime during the day. This experience formed the foundation for my ethical and professional behavior in my business and professional life.

I started my real estate career over twenty fine years ago when I secured licenses to own a mortgage brokerage business and to sell real estate. I transitioned from a successful corporate management career to a fulltime career in selling and financing residential real estate.

I have worked with many corporate transferees, single parents who had experienced the loss of a spouse or divorce and entrepreneurs who were self employed and had unique financing requirements. I developed expertise in various areas of residential real estate such as home design and construction, home renovations and land evaluation and development.

I take deep pride in helping folks achieve their real estate goals while delivering brokerage services with an attitude of gratitude!
